Lead data-use & provider standards

These rules apply to providers receiving or requesting leads through HotelFurnitureSuppliers.com.

Permitted use

Use a lead only to evaluate and respond to the specific request for which it was supplied and to maintain reasonable records of that requested relationship.

Not permitted

Do not resell, broker, publish, enrich for unrelated profiling or add a supplied lead to unrelated marketing lists.

Security and deletion

Restrict access to people who need the information for the response, use reasonable safeguards, and delete or de-identify unused copies when no longer reasonably needed.

Provider responsibility

You remain responsible for your own qualifications, licences or certifications where applicable, insurance, pricing, safety, scope, warranties, consumer or commercial communications and regulatory obligations.

Hospitality project responsibility

Suppliers must independently verify project specifications, accessibility and code requirements, product representations, lead times, warranties, freight and installation scope before contracting.

Quality controls

Routing may consider geography, capability, availability, response performance and fit. Providers may be paused or removed for complaints, non-response, inaccurate capability claims, privacy/security concerns or regulatory risk.
